Compare your CV content against the job description to identify gaps and improve your match rate.
What is an ATS? An Applicant Tracking System is a software used by employers to collect, sort, scan, and rank the job applications they receive. One of the main ways it ranks candidates is by looking for specific keywords that match the job description. If your resume doesn't meet a certain "match percentage," it might be automatically rejected.
ATS systems look for exact matches of skills, education, and job titles. For example, if a job requires "Python" and your resume says "Coding in high-level languages," the ATS might not count that as a match. Our checker helps you bridge this gap by highlighting exactly which words are present in the job description but missing from your resume.
Aim for a match percentage of at least 80% for the best results. However, avoid "keyword stuffing" or lying about your experience. Instead, find ways to accurately describe your existing experience using the terminology the employer uses in their posting.
